SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RETURNS
Delivery
All delivery times quoted on the Golden Elm Studio and/or Peter Blindt website are estimates based on availability, normal processing and delivery times. Golden Elm Studio and/or Peter Blindt may deliver items from the same order separately but will charge for shipping or postage and packing as per the original order.
Items ordered will be delivered to the address given when the order was placed, subject to receipt of an order confirmation email.
All work will be sent to you by shipping postal service, unless delivered by us. Golden Elm Studio and/or Peter Blindt will endeavor to deliver purchased art within 14 days (US mainland) of receipt of payment unless otherwise stated on the website or advised by email from us at the time of purchase.
If there is no one available at the delivery address to accept delivery of shipped items, you will be notified of an alternative delivery date or place to collect the items (US). Golden Elm Studio and/or Peter Blindt cannot accept responsibility for large items that are returned to the post office and remain uncollected.
A signature will be required on delivery for shipped and special delivery purchases. Receipt of a signature at the delivery address for any order will act as proof that the order has been delivered to you.
Once the artwork is considered delivered, responsibility for the work, risk of damage or loss will pass to you and you shall be responsible for insuring the work.
If Golden Elm Studio and/or Peter Blindt is unable to deliver your order within 30 days, you will be informed as soon as possible and you will be entitled to cancel the order and obtain a full refund that will be paid to the credit or debit card with which you originally paid for your order.
Golden Elm Studio and/or Peter Blindt is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any unavoidable delay in delivery of an order. Golden Elm Studio and/or Peter Blindt is not liable for any damage which occurs to an order after a delivery has been made.
Ownership and Copyright
Once an artwork is in your possession you may not publish or submit for publication or reproduction any image of an artwork to any third party including the internet for any purpose. Copyright belongs to the artist Peter Blindt. Images of sold paintings may still be used by Golden Elm Studio and/or Peter Blindt for any future use including but not limited to advertising, books and other publications, social media and other web-based use.
Payment Security
Golden Elm Studio and/or Peter Blindt uses Paypal for online payments. Paypal allows us to safely process your credit card payments and complete the financial transactions as securely as possible. For further information regarding Paypal’s secure systems please visit their website https://www.paypal.com/us/home . Golden Elm Studio and/or Peter is not liable for any unauthorised access to information supplied by you.
Privacy
Golden Elm Studio and/or Peter does not disclose buyer’s information to third parties. Please see our privacy statement for further details.
Returns
We have a 5 day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Your form of payment- for instance, Paypal, Zelle, check or credit card can be used.
To start a return, you can contact us at artofpeterblindt@gmail.com or joannacislakart@gmail.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Shipping costs
You are responsible for shipping costs unless you are returning an item because it was defective, or it wasn’t the item you ordered (in which case we would pay for shipping).
