Terms and Conditions for Online Sales
PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER WITH GOLDEN ELM STUDIO and/or PETER BLINDT AND RETAIN A COPY OF THEM AND YOUR ORDER FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.

BY CONTINUING WITH A PURCHASE IT IS DEEMED THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Terms
The terms of sale set out here apply to goods supplied by Golden Elm Studio and/or Peter Blindt, ordered from the Peter Blindt website at fineartblindt.com. By continuing with a purchase, it is deemed that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions.

You must be 16 years of age or older to order from the website and by accepting these terms and conditions you are confirming this.

 Golden Elm Studio and/or Peter Blindt reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without notice to you in relation to future sales.

These terms do not create any rights to any parties other than the purchaser.

Orders and Prices
Golden Elm Studio and/or Peter Blindt use Paypal as their online purchasing system.

Golden Elm Studio and/or Peter Blindt accepts payment by any of the credit cards shown as acceptable on the website at time of purchase.

All prices are shown in US dollars and are subject to State Sales Tax and delivery charges unless otherwise stated. These charges where applicable will be added on confirmation of your address and payment details and prior to the order being placed during the payment process.

All prices may be subject to change. 

The description and price of goods will be as shown on the website at the time you place your order. Every effort will be made to ensure that prices shown on the website are accurate at the time of purchase. If an error is discovered prior to shipment of your order, Golden Elm Studio and/or Peter Blindt will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling your order.

When ordering online your order will be sent to Golden Elm Studio and/or Peter Blindt through Paypal by email. You will also receive an email receipt to confirm Golden Elm Studio and/or Peter Blindt has received your order. Should you not receive an email please contact Golden Elm Studio and/or Peter Blindt by email at peter@fineartblindt.com.

 If you are shopping from outside the US, please contact the Golden Elm Studio and/or Peter Blindt directly at peter@fineartblindt.com to place your order as terms and conditions, shipping prices and delivery times will differ to those stated on our website.

All goods are subject to availability. If on receipt of your order the original Art or Giclee Print is no longer available, Golden Elm Studio and/or Peter Blindt will inform you and refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you for the unavailable original art or print.

Golden Elm Studio and/or Peter Blindt is under no obligation to accept any order.
